Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify, or compound alcoholic beverages within this state for sale or distribution within this state. (a) The general administration and responsibility for the proper operation of the retirement system and for making effective the provisions of this article are hereby vested in a board of trustees which shall be known as the Board of Control. Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average weekly earnings per week.
