Section 6-5-710 Definitions. For purposes of this article the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) AWARDING AUTHORITY. a. The Alabama Department of Transportation, if the project is either for, or is funded in whole or in part by, the State of Alabama to construct, repair, resurface, refurbish, replace, remove, modify, alter, or otherwise improve any public or private infrastructure, including any public-private partnership project, for which construction monitoring services are contracted. b. Section 7-9A-807 Amendment of pre-effective date financing statement. (a) Pre-effective date financing statement. In this section, pre-effective date financing statement means a financing statement filed before July 1, 2014. (b) Applicable law. After July 1, 2014, a person may add or delete collateral covered by, continue or terminate the effectiveness of, or otherwise amend the information provided in, a pre-effective date financing statement only in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction governing perfection as provided in Article 9A as amended by Act 2014-374. Section 23-1-412 Airport hazards - Permits for construction, alteration, etc.; removal, modification, etc..
