Section 11-88-7 Powers of authority generally; power of authority to acquire, operate, etc., systems, etc., outside service area; provisions in schedules of rates and charges generally; powers of authority organized to construct and operate sewer system. Section 23-7-8 Loans and financial assistance; eligible and qualified projects. (a) The bank may provide loans and other financial assistance to a government unit to pay for all or part of the eligible cost of a qualified project. The term of the loan or other financial assistance must not exceed the useful life of the project. Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities as may be necessary to protect human health or the environment.
