Section 22-25B-3 Responsibilities of wastewater management entities. (a) No person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity shall operate as a wastewater management entity without full compliance with this chapter and rules promulgated hereunder. The costs of administering this chapter by the PSC, ADEM, and ADPH shall be funded from certification fees, permit fees, and regulatory fees paid by the wastewater management entities.
