The authority shall have, in addition to all other powers granted to it in this division, all of the following powers: (1) To have succession by its corporate name until dissolved as herein provided. (a) Any permit issued pursuant to this article to conduct surface mining operations shall require that such surface coal mining operations will meet all applicable performance standards of this article, and such other requirements as the regulatory authority shall promulgate. (a) The Office of Indigent Defense Services is established to carry out the administrative duties relating to the provision of indigent defense services. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way.
