Any applicant or supplier of water may, for cause stated, be required by the board to furnish a complete report of the condition and operation of the water supply, plant, works or system owned, operated or controlled by the said applicant. (a) Each company employing special inspectors, within 30 days following each certificate inspection made by the inspectors, shall file a report of the inspection with the chief inspector upon appropriate forms as promulgated by the secretary.
