Section 27-29-7 Confidentiality of documents, materials, or other information; powers of commissioner; disclosure and sharing of documents, etc. (a) All documents, materials, or other information, and copies thereof, in the possession or control of the department that are obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or any other person in the course of an examination or investigation made pursuant to Section 27-29-6 and all information reported pursuant to paragraphs l. and m. of subdivision (l) of subsection (b) of Section 27-29-3, Section 27-29-4, Section 27-29-5, and Section 27-29-6.2 shall be confidential by law and privileged, shall not be subject to any open records, freedom of information, sunshine or other public record disclosure laws, and shall not be subject to subpoena. (a) Except as provided in subsection (g), no cigarettes may be sold or offered for sale in this state or offered for sale or sold to persons located in this state unless the cigarettes have been tested in accordance with the test method and meet the performance standard specified in this section, a written certification has been filed by the manufacturer with the State Fire Marshal in accordance with Section 8-17-273, and the cigarettes have been marked in accordance with Section 8-17-274. Section 14-15-10 Actions concerning prison conditions; prisoner release orders. (a) In any civil action with respect to prison conditions, no prisoner release order shall be entered unless both of the following are satisfied: (1) A court has previously entered an order for less intrusive relief that has failed to remedy the deprivation of the right sought to be remedied through the prisoner release order. (2) The defendant has had a reasonable amount of time to comply with the previous court orders. (a) A statewide domestic violence fatality review team shall be established to review fatal and near-fatal incidents of domestic violence, related domestic violence matters, and suicides. Additional teams at the local and regional levels may be established as well in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies, the local domestic violence center, and local judicial officers including the court, prosecutor, and public defender.
