Section 22-21-70 Definitions. For the purposes of this division, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) THE CORPORATION. A corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this division. (2) SECURITIES. Notes, bonds, certificates of indebtedness, warrants or other evidences of indebtedness. (3) HOSPITAL. Such term includes the plural as well as the singular and means: a. Public hospitals of all types, public clinics, public health centers and related public health facilities, such as laboratories, outpatient departments, nurses' homes and nurses' training facilities and central service facilities operated in connection with public hospitals; b.
