of incorporation; applicability of article. (a) The rights and duties of a corporation and
its transfer agents in registering a security in the name of a fiduciary or in making a transfer
of a security pursuant to an assignment by a fiduciary are governed by the law of the jurisdiction
under whose laws the corporation is organized. (b) This article applies to the rights and
duties of a person other than the corporation and its transfer agents with regard to acts

Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display;
written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized
by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established
by the board. (b)(1) Effective beginning January 1, 2014, the license fee for a two-year period
as set by the board shall not exceed three hundred dollars ($300) for an individual and one
thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for a business entity. (2) Effective for the license

Section 22-24-7 Well driller's license - Refusal, suspension or revocation. (a) A license may
be refused or a license duly issued may be suspended or revoked, or the renewal thereof refused
by the board, if, after notice and hearing as provided in this section, it finds that the
applicant for, or holder of, such license: (1) Is unable to present evidence of his qualifications
suitable to the board; (2) Has intentionally made a material misstatement in the application
