Section 34-27A-54 Adoption of rules; revision of requirements. The board may adopt rules not inconsistent with this article which are reasonably necessary to implement, administer, and enforce this article. The requirements for an appraisal management company may be revised as necessary to comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-203, and regulations issued thereto, or any subsequent amendments or regulations issued thereto. An owner, operator, employee, or agent of a marina which does not provide a pump-out station or other approved means of properly disposing of sewage from recreational vessels, shall not, except in the case of safety emergency, permit a recreational vessel with a Type III marine sanitation device to moor, anchor, dock, or be stored at the marina.
