Section 11-99B-4 Filing of certificate of incorporation and copies of resolutions of governing bodies with judge of probate; contents and execution of certificate of incorporation; notification of Secretary of State of recordation of certificate of incorporation by judge of probate. The acts of the legislature of any state or territory or of any country subject to the jurisdiction of the United States shall be authenticated by having the seals of such state, territory or country affixed thereto. Section 17-4-153.1 Compensation increases. THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER. IT HAS NOT BEEN CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE. (a) A county commission, upon the adoption of a resolution, may increase the per diem compensation paid to each member of the county board of registrars without the necessity of enacting a local law of authorization, provided that no state funds shall be used for such additional compensation. (b) As an alternate to subsection (a), beginning October 1, 2006, each member of the county board of registrars may receive the same cost-of-living increases in compensation that are granted to county employees by a county commission at the time of the adoption of the county budget.
