Section 16-6A-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them by this section: (1) A.C.H.E. The Alabama Commission on Higher Education. (2) BOARD or BOARD OF EDUCATION. The State Board of Education. (3) COMMISSION. The Governor's Educational Reform Commission created by this chapter. (4) CRITICAL NEEDS AREAS. Those curriculum and teaching areas where there is an urgent need for action. These areas include mathematics, science, computer education and other areas to be identified from time to time by the State Board of Education. (5) IN-SERVICE EDUCATION. Section 22-52-10.3 Order for outpatient treatment. (a) At the final hearing on a petition for commitment seeking the involuntary commitment of a respondent, the probate court may order that the respondent participate in outpatient treatment provided by a designated mental health facility. (b) The probate court shall not order outpatient treatment unless the designated mental health facility has consented to treat the respondent on an outpatient basis under the terms and conditions set forth by the probate court. (c) If outpatient treatment is ordered, the order of the probate court may state the specific conditions to be followed and shall include the general condition that the respondent follow the directives and treatment plan established by the designated mental health facility. Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities as may be necessary to protect human health or the environment. (a) The Local Government Health Insurance Board shall govern and administer the Local Government Health Insurance Program currently governed and administered by the State Employees' Insurance Board (SEIB) pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 36.
