Section 34-27A-29 Compliance with federal law; membership in organization not to be grounds for granting or denying license. It is the intent of the Legislature of the State of Alabama that this article fully comply with the provisions of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub.L. No. 101-73, any amendments thereto and regulations issued thereunder, and the board shall adopt administrative rules and regulations accordingly. The board shall not grant or deny a license for any classification of real estate appraiser by virtue of membership in or lack of membership in any particular appraisal organization. Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure, etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application.
