Section 22-21-221 Disposition of unexpended funds - State Board of Health. Any unexpended funds appropriated to the State Board of Health for allocation among the various counties under the provisions of this article shall not revert to the State Treasury at the end of any fiscal year. Such unexpended funds remaining to the credit of the State Board of Health at the end of any fiscal year shall be added to, and shall become a part of, any funds made available to the board for allocation among the various counties, under the provisions of this article, during the succeeding fiscal year.
