Section 41-10-174 Meetings; quorum; organization and procedure of the authority; official seal; election and terms of office of chairman, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer; bonding requirements for treasurer. (a) The authority shall hold an annual meeting at Blakeley each September on a day designated by the chairman. Eleven members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Additional meetings may be held at such times and places within the state as may be necessary, desirable or convenient, upon call of the chairman or, in the case of his absence or incapacity, of the vice-chairman or on the call of any 12 members of the authority.
