Section 22-21-181 Transfer of funds and assets by counties and municipalities. The county in
which the corporation is organized, any municipality located, in whole or in part, within
such county, whether or not a member of such corporation, and any public corporation in such
county and any other public agency, authority or body, whether or not incorporated, located

Section 11-89A-15 Cooperation, aid, and agreements from and with other bodies. (a) For the
purpose of attaining the objectives of this chapter, any county, municipality, or other political
subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of the state, a county or municipality

Section 11-92C-8 Powers of authority. (a) The authority shall have the following powers, together
with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form:
(1) To have succession by its corporate name for the duration of time, which may be in perpetuity,

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement
and administration; penalties; exclusive nature of tax. (a) Levy. In addition to the excise
tax levied by Article 5A of Chapter 3 of this title and the licenses provided for by Chapter
