Section 11-81-144 Form, terms, denominations, etc., of bonds; maturity and sale; execution and delivery; issuance of revenue refunding bonds. (a) Revenue anticipation bonds may be issued under this division in one or more series, may bear such date or dates, may be payable in such medium of payment, at such place or places, may carry such registration privileges, may be executed in such manner, may contain such terms, covenants and conditions, and may be in such form, either coupon or registered, as may be specified in the resolution or resolutions providing for their issuance. Section 11-57-15 Bonds - Security for payment of principal and interest. The principal of and the interest on the bonds shall be secured by a pledge of the revenues out of which the bonds shall be made payable by an assignment or pledge of the lease agreement covering the project from which revenues so pledged shall be derived and by a pledge of the rental from such project and may be secured by a nonforeclosable indenture covering the project.
