Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such revenues of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which they shall be authorized to be issued. Any such proceedings may provide that the bonds therein authorized shall be payable solely out of the revenues derived from the operation of any facility or facilities owned by the authority, regardless of the fact that those bonds may have been issued with respect to or for the benefit of a certain facility or facilities of the authority. Section 2-5A-14 Lease of space or facilities; remedies upon default. To assure the liquidation of the costs incurred in the installation of facilities at farmers' markets, notwithstanding Article 3 (commencing with Section 9-15-70) of Chapter 15 of Title 9, the commissioner, with approval of the Board of Agriculture and Industries, may enter into contracts whereby persons who desire space or facilities at the markets may lease the facilities or space as necessary for their operation for a term not exceeding 30 years.
