Section 36-6-50 Persons eligible for salary increase; restrictions and conditions; authority to transfer funds to pay for salary increase. Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL.
