Section 35-6-1 Deposit of unclaimed money in county treasury; payment upon order of
court. (a) When a sale of premises is made, and no person appears to claim such portion of
the money as may belong to any nonresident or person whose name is unknown, the court shall
require such money to be deposited in the county treasury, subject to the further order of
the court. All money so required to be deposited shall be received by the county treasurer
and paid upon the order of the court. (b) When money is deposited in the county treasury under
the provisions of this chapter, the person or persons entitled to the same may, at any time,
apply to the court making the order of sale, and obtain an order for the same upon making

profits from the crime or to the representative of the individual, shall give written notice
to the Securities Commission of the payment or obligation to pay as soon as practicable after
discovering that the payment or intended payment constitutes profits from a crime or funds
of a convicted individual. (b)(1) A superintendent, sheriff, municipal official, or other
correctional official shall also give written notice to the Securities Commission of any payment
or obligation to pay subject to the notice requirements of subsection (a) if he or she receives
or will receive funds, the combined or aggregate value of which exceeds five thousand dollars

Section 43-2-740 Time and manner of filing claims - Generally. Every person having any
claim against the estate declared insolvent must file the same in the office of the judge
of probate as provided by subsection (b) of section 43-2-350. Any defect or insufficiency

other method approved by the director, consistent with applicable state law, operated by the

Section 9-17-13 Integration of interests; cycling operations; orders of board; procedures.
(a) When any mineral or other related interests deriving from two or more separately owned
tracts of land are embraced within an established or a proposed drilling or production unit,
or when there are separately owned interests in all or a part of an established or proposed

Section 12-13-9 Powers of probate court as to punishment for contempt. (a) The probate
court may issue show cause orders and attachment for contempts offered to the court or its
process by any executor, administrator, guardian, or other person and may punish the person

Section 12-19-43 Payment of fees for services in proceedings before judges of probate;
security deposits. (a) Fees allowed by law in connection with proceedings before probate judges
shall be collected either at the time the pleading is filed in probate court or at the termination
