Section 9-6-9 Bonds - Issuance; form, terms, denominations, etc.; sale; security for payment generally. (a) An agriculture authority may be established in any county to construct and operate facilities to promote agricultural businesses, operations, and commodities, workforce development, and economic development within the county as further provided in this article.
