Section 9-14A-12 Bonds - Sale and execution. The bonds of each series thereof issued pursuant to this chapter shall be sold by the corporations at public sale as provided in the amendment. The bonds shall be executed in the name of the state by the Governor and countersigned by the secretary of the respective corporation issuing the bonds, and the Great Seal of the State shall be impressed thereon and attested by the Secretary of State. A facsimile of the signature of each such official may be imprinted on any of the bonds in lieu of being manually inscribed thereon, and a facsimile of the Great Seal of the State may be printed on the bonds in lieu of such seal being manually impressed thereon. No person shall compound or sell or offer for sale or cause to be compounded, sold, or offered for sale any medicine, drug, poison, chemical, or pharmaceutical preparation that is adulterated.
