Section 16-5-7 State university and college electronic faculty and student unit record system; definitions; state coordinating agency; advisory committee; database reports; failure to comply with requirements. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BIOGRAPHICAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC DATA ELEMENTS. Section 34-1-3 State Board of Public Accountancy. (a) There is created a board of public accountancy in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. (a)(1) The State Board of Medical Examiners on its own motion may investigate any evidence which appears to show that a physician or osteopath holding a certificate of qualification to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama is or may be guilty of any of the acts, offenses, or conditions set out in Section 34-24-360.
