Section 28-11-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCT. The term alternative nicotine product includes any product that consists of or contains nicotine that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, snorting, sniffing, or by any other means. The term does not include a tobacco product, electronic nicotine delivery system, or any product that has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for sale as a tobacco cessation product or for other medical purposes and that is being marketed and sold solely for that purpose. Section 13A-12-3.1 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCT. The same meaning as in Section 28-11-2. (a) A secondary metals recycler shall maintain a legible record of all purchase transactions of ferrous or nonferrous metals to which the secondary metals recycler is a party. The record shall include all of the following information: (1) The name and address of the secondary metals recycler. (2) The name or identification of the employee responsible for making the purchase on behalf of the secondary metals recycler. (3) The date and time of the transaction.
