Section 32-6-49.10 Information on commercial driver license; classifications, endorsements,
etc.; expiration and renewal. (a) The commercial driver license shall be marked "Commercial
Driver License" or "CDL," and shall be, to the maximum extent practicable,
tamper proof. It shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following information: (1)
The name and residential address of the person. (2) The person's color photograph. (3) A physical
description of the person including sex, height, weight, eye and hair color. (4) Date of birth.
(5) Any other number or identifier not to include the Social Security number of the person
deemed appropriate by the department. (6) The person's signature. (7) The class or type of
commercial motor vehicle or vehicles which the person is authorized to drive together with

Section 8-17-244 Refusing, suspending, revoking, or failing to renew certification. (a) A person
may be refused certification, a duly issued blaster certification may be suspended or revoked,
or the renewal of certification may be refused by the office if it finds that the applicant
for, or the holder of, the certification: (1) Has violated this article or any other state
or federal law relating to explosives, or has violated any regulation duly promulgated by
the office. (2) Has misrepresented or concealed any material fact in the application for a
certificate, or identification card, or any document filed in support of those documents.

Section 22-9A-11.1 Issuance of Certificate of Foreign Birth without judicial proceedings. (a)
A child who has automatically acquired United States citizenship following a foreign adoption
and who possesses a Certificate of Citizenship in accordance with the Child Citizenship Act,
CAA, P.L. 106-395, shall be exempt from the provisions of Section 22-9A-11, which require

veteran as used in this section, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning,
means only those persons who are retirees from active duty in the Army, or the Navy, or the
