Section 22-21-8 Confidentiality of accreditation, quality assurance credentialling materials,
etc. (a) Accreditation, quality assurance and similar materials as used in this section shall
include written reports, records, correspondence, and materials concerning the accreditation
or quality assurance or similar function of any hospital, clinic, or medical staff. The confidentiality
established by this section shall apply to materials prepared by an employee, advisor, or
consultant of a hospital, clinic, or medical staff and to materials prepared by an employee,
advisor or consultant of an accrediting, quality assurance or similar agency or similar body
and to any individual who is an employee, advisor or consultant of a hospital, clinic, medical

Section 24-9-8 Quiet title and foreclosure action. (a) The authority may initiate a quiet title
action under this section to quiet title to real property held by the authority or interests
in tax delinquent property held by the authority by recording with the office of the judge

Section 40-1-1 Definitions. For purposes of this title, and subject to additional definitions

Section 45-8-22 Special licenses; additional taxes; maintenance of records. (a) It shall be
unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first
obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other
licenses required by law. The amount of the special license shall be determined by the county
commission and shall be levied in the same manner as other county licenses are levied. Licenses
required by this subsection shall expire on September 30th following the date of purchase.

Section 10A-8A-1.02 Definitions. Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-1.03, as used in this chapter,
