Section 34-30-3 Private independent practice of social work. No person may engage in
the independent clinical practice of social work unless he or she is: (1) Licensed under this
chapter as a licensed independent clinical social worker; and (2) Has a doctorate or master's
degree from a school of social work approved, accredited, or in candidacy granted by the Council
on Social Work Education; and (3) Has had two years' full-time or three years' part-time postgraduate
experience under appropriate supervision in the specified social work method or four years'
full-time or five years' part-time postgraduate experience under appropriate supervision in

Section 36-27-170 Participation in plan. (a) As governed by this subsection, there exists
as a part of this retirement system, an optional account known as the Deferred Retirement
Option Plan, which may be cited as "DROP." The purpose of DROP is to allow, contractually,

Section 33-5-72 Emergency engine or motor shut-off switch. (a) It shall be unlawful
on the waters of this state for any person to operate, or give permission to another person
to operate, any vessel less than 24 feet in length having an open construction and having
more than 50 horsepower, unless the vessel is equipped with an emergency engine or motor shut-off
switch. (b) The shut-off switch referred to in subsection (a), shall be a lanyard-type engine
cutoff switch and shall be attached to the person, clothing, or personal flotation device

Section 34-43-15 Complaints; grounds for suspension; revocation, etc., of license; penalties;
rulemaking authority. (a) Any person may file with the board a written and signed complaint
regarding an allegation of impropriety by a licensee, establishment, or person. Complaints
shall be made in the manner prescribed by the board. Complaints received by the board shall
