Section 22-13-35 Liability under article. (a) No person shall have any claim or cause of action against the State of Alabama, or its political subdivisions, or any individual arising out of any acts or omissions which occurred under the provisions of this article, if the state, political subdivisions, or individual is in compliance with this article. Section 30-5B-5 Registration of order. (a) Any individual may register a foreign protection order in this state. To register a foreign protection order, an individual shall present a certified copy of the order to any circuit or district court clerk in the state and complete an affidavit as provided in subsection (d). Section 22-11B-2 Immunization registry. Pursuant to and in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter, the State Board of Health is authorized to create and maintain an immunization registry. The immunization registry is the central collection of data and reports concerning a vaccine dose or doses administered to a person by a provider.
