Section 22-19-41 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) BANK or STORAGE FACILITY.
A facility licensed, accredited or approved under the laws of any state for the storage of
human bodies, or parts thereof. (2) DECEDENT. A deceased individual and includes a stillborn
infant or fetus. (3) DONOR. An individual who makes a gift of all, or part of, his body. (4)
HOSPITAL. A hospital licensed under the laws of the State of Alabama, or any subdivision thereof,
or under the laws and regulations of the United States government, or any agency thereof.
(5) PART. Organs, tissues, eyes, bones, arteries, blood or other fluids and any other portions
of a human body. (6) PERSON. An individual, corporation, government or governmental subdivision
or agency, business trust, estate trust, partnership or association or any other legal entity.

Section 34-29-76 License required - Certain acts prohibited. No person shall practice veterinary
medicine or veterinary technology unless the person holds an active license to practice veterinary
medicine or veterinary technology in the State of Alabama and in addition: (1) No person shall

Section 22-19-42 Who may donate all, or part of, body; rights of donees. (a) Any individual
of sound mind and 18 years of age or older may give all, or any part of, his body for any
purposes specified in Section 22-19-43, the gift to take effect upon death. (b) Any of the

Section 20-2-190.2 Electronic drug offender tracking system. (a) For the purposes of this section,
the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DRUG RELATED CONVICTION. Any conviction
or plea of nolo contendere for the offense of possession, distribution, trafficking, or any
degree of manufacture of controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia. A drug related conviction

Section 22-22A-11 Alabama Department of Environmental Management Fund. There is hereby created
a fund known as the Alabama Department of Environmental Management Fund. This fund shall consist
of: (1) all appropriations; (2) all grants, gifts, bequests or donations; (3) all money derived
through any source of federal aid; (4) all fees; (5) all moneys from any program whose functions
were transferred to the department by this chapter; and (6) all moneys from any other source
