Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure.
(a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule,
a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP
shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service
shall be valid for a period not to exceed 12 calendar months. The same fee shall be charged
for renewal of a license. No additional fee shall be collected when an EMSP becomes eligible
for reclassification of his or her license to a higher level. (b) All fees collected under
this chapter shall be retained in a separate fund by the Board of Health for the purpose of
enforcing this chapter and shall be disbursed as other funds of the state are disbursed; provided,
that no fee or permit charge authorized under this chapter shall be charged or collected for

Section 22-18-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall
have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ADVANCED EMERGENCY
MEDICAL TECHNICIAN. Any person 18 years of age or older who satisfies all of the following:

Section 34-9-10 Application; licensure by credentials; special purpose license. (a)
Every person who desires to practice dentistry within the State of Alabama shall file an application
prescribed by the board. Notwithstanding the method of obtaining licensure or any particular
requirement set forth herein, every person as a prerequisite to licensure shall be at least
19 years of age, of good moral character, a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen

Section 22-18-6 Violations; good Samaritan provisions; scope of privilege; control of

Section 22-18-61 Development and administration of program. (a) The Alabama Community
College System, the Alabama Fire College, and the University of South Alabama, in consultation
with the associations, shall jointly develop and administer a student tuition reimbursement
program for students that agree in the form of an enforceable contract agreement, to provide

Section 34-4-21 Application and examination; fees; expiration, renewal of licenses;
continuing education; discharge of apprentice; change of address. (a) Any person desiring
