Section 22-15A-8 Enforcement of chapter; reporting violations. (a) The department, in cooperation with other agencies, shall enforce this chapter and to implement enforcement shall adopt, in consultation with the State Fire Marshal, rules specifying procedures to be followed by enforcement personnel in investigating complaints and notifying alleged violators and rules specifying procedures by which appeals may be taken by aggrieved parties. (b) Public agencies responsible for the management and maintenance of government buildings shall report observed violations to the department. The State Fire Marshal shall report to the department observed violations of Section 22-15A-5 or Section 22-15A-6 found during its periodic inspections conducted pursuant to its regulatory authority. Section 22-15A-3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) BAR AND LOUNGE. Section 25-8-38 Posting of notice of law; time records; meal or rest period; Child Labor Certificate. (a) Every employer shall keep posted in a conspicuous place where any person under 19 years of age is employed, a printed notice stating the maximum number of hours persons under 19 may be permitted to work on each day of the week as set out in Section 25-8-36. Section 8-15-14 Revocation of permit; liquidation of operation.
