Section 11-89-12 Establishment and revision of rates, fees, and charges for services rendered
by district. Rates, fees, and charges for water service, sewer service, and fire protection
service rendered by the district from any of its water systems, sewer systems or fire protection
facilities shall be so fixed and from time to time revised as at all times to provide funds
at least sufficient to: (1) Pay the cost of operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing,
extending, and improving the systems and facilities or either from which such services are
rendered; (2) Pay the principal of and the interest on all bonds issued and obligations assumed

Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous
waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized
to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and
operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities as may be necessary
to protect human health or the environment. In establishing such standards, the department
may, where appropriate, distinguish in such standards between requirements appropriate for
new facilities and for facilities in existence on the date of promulgation of such regulations.

Section 22-27-23 Special pledges for payment of principal and interest on warrants. (a) The
county commission of the county issuing any such warrants may, in its discretion, assign and
