Section 32-7C-2 Insurance requirements. (a) On or before October 30, 2016, and thereafter,
a TNC driver or a TNC on the behalf of the TNC driver shall maintain primary automobile insurance
that recognizes that the driver is a TNC driver or otherwise uses a vehicle to transport riders
for compensation and covers the driver under both of the following circumstances: (1) While
the TNC driver is logged onto the digital network of a TNC. (2) While the TNC driver is engaged
in a prearranged ride. (b)(1) The following automobile insurance requirements shall apply
while a participating TNC driver is logged on to the digital network of a TNC and is available
to receive transportation requests but is not engaged in a prearranged ride: a. Primary automobile
liability insurance in the amount of at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for death and
bodily injury per person, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for death and bodily injury

Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes
of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME.
The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive
of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible,
coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility
in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported
from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. A person licensed to practice dentistry in this
state or an entity which is approved as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code which employs dentists licensed in the state to operate a mobile dental facility

Section 23-1-40 Duties and powers generally. (a) It shall be the duty of the Department
of Transportation to designate the roads to be constructed, repaired, and maintained and to
construct, standardize, repair, and maintain roads and bridges of this state; and it shall

Section 27-29-4 Registration of insurers. (a)(1) Every insurer which is authorized to
do business in this state and which is a member of an insurance holding company system shall
register with the commissioner, except a foreign insurer subject to registration requirements
