Section 16-1-18.1 Accumulation of sick leave. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person employed full time as provided by law by those employers enumerated in this section; and adult bus drivers. (2) EMPLOYER. Section 34-25-7 Injunctions; contempt of court. If any person violates any provisions of this chapter, the board shall, upon direction of a majority of the board, in the name of the State of Alabama, apply in any circuit court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining such violation or an order enforcing compliance with this chapter.
