Section 45-37A-51.304 Duties of board of health. (a) An inmate, or any concerned person, including, but not limited to, the inmate's attorney, family, physician, or an employee or official of the department may initiate consideration for medical furlough by submitting to the department an initial medical release application form along with supporting documentation. Section 22-6-195 Privilege assessment - Payment; disposition of funds. (a) The assessment imposed by this article shall be due and payable to the department on or before the twentieth day of the month next succeeding the month in which the assessment accrues and, when collected, shall be paid by the department into the State Treasury.
