Section 38-9A-5 State Support Council. (a) The State Support Council is created and shall be comprised of not more than 15 consumer and family members. Of these, there will be three representatives appointed by each regional support council. These shall include a regional council officer, one other regional council member, and a community council member. Section 22-11D-3 Establishment and operation of statewide trauma system. (a) The board, in consultation with, and having solicited the advice of the council, shall establish and maintain a statewide trauma system that shall include centralized dispatch for participating trauma centers and emergency medical services. (b) The statewide trauma system shall become operational within 12 months after the State Health Officer certifies to the Governor in writing that the department has sufficient funds to finance its development, implementation, and operation. Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes of implementing this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council. Section 22-6-221 Service by integrated care network; board of directors. (a) An integrated care network shall serve only Medicaid beneficiaries in providing medical care and services. For the purposes of this article, a beneficiary cannot be a member of both an integrated care network and a regional care organization.
