Section 22-11A-90 Organizations receiving funds. The AIDS Task Force of Alabama, Incorporated
(hereinafter referred to as ATFA) shall limit the disbursement of funds contained in Acts
1994, No. 94-363 or any other act which provides public funds to ATFA, to the following participating

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force.
(a) Any person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor
chemical violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting
requirements of this article; (2) Knowingly makes a false statement in a report or record
required by this article or the rules adopted thereunder; (3) Is required by this article
to have a listed precursor chemical license or permit, and is a person as defined by this
article, and knowingly or deliberately fails to obtain such a license or permit. An offense
under this subsection shall constitute a Class C felony. (b) Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 20-2-188, a person who possesses, sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes
or attempts to solicit another or conspires to possess, sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish

Section 36-25A-3 Notice requirements. (a) Unless otherwise specified by law and as provided
herein, any governmental body subject to this chapter, except for an advisory board, advisory
commission, advisory committee, task force, or other advisory body created solely to make

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning
October 1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues
and upon appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five
