Section 21-9-4 Creation, membership. There is created the Board of Rehabilitation Services
consisting of seven members, one from each United States Congressional District, appointed
by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate as follows: (1) Three members shall be individuals

a parent of a child with a disability. (3) Three members shall be selected from organizations
