Section 41-23-255 Amount of grants; applications. (a) The amount of research and development
enhancement grants awarded by ADECA shall be subject to the appropriations of the Legislature.
No research entity shall receive a research and development enhancement grant of more than
20 percent of the maximum amount awarded in a single fiscal year. The grants shall be allocated
among various taxpayers using the procedures in this section. (b) Each research entity who
wishes to apply for a grant shall file an application with ADECA showing the amount of grant
funding which the research entity expects in good faith to qualify for during the applicable
fiscal year. No application shall show an expected claim in excess of 20 percent of the maximum
amount to be awarded in a single fiscal year. (c) As applications are submitted, ADECA shall
approve any ADECA deems sufficient, until the total approved applications represent the total

Section 34-27-4 Real Estate Commission Revenue Fund and Real Estate Commission Proportionate
Fund. All fees, fines, charges, or other money, except as provided in Section 34-27-31, and
except as provided in this section for multi-year licenses, collected by the commission shall
be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Real Estate Commission Revenue Fund

Section 29-2A-4 Funding; fees for services. (a) The commission shall be funded from the annual
appropriation to the Legislative Services Agency for program evaluation until otherwise funded
from state appropriations. (b) The commission may receive state appropriations and apply for

Section 41-24A-1 Creation; composition; operation. There is hereby created the State Executive
Commission on Community Services Grants, hereafter referred to as the commission, which shall
be designated a grant-making agency to receive and by majority vote to distribute any appropriations

Fund is created in the State Treasury. (b) The fund shall consist of all monies paid into

Section 45-37A-411 Sale of gas and water distribution systems; trust fund. (a) In the event
the Utilities Board of the City of Pleasant Grove or the City of Pleasant Grove should receive
proceeds from the sale of its gas and water distribution systems, there shall be established
an investment fund named Pleasant Grove Gas and Water Systems Sale Investment Fund. This fund
shall receive money from other sources in addition to that received from the sale of the gas

by state law, including securities, warrants, bonds, bank accounts, and other investments

Section 45-9A-40 Proceeds from sale of gas distribution system. (a) The City of LaFayette has
received proceeds from the sale of its gas distribution system, and all one million nine hundred
twenty thousand dollars ($1,920,000) of such proceeds shall be used to establish an investment
fund named "City of LaFayette Gas System Sale Investment Funds." This fund may receive
money from other sources in addition to that received from the sale of the gas system. (b)
The investment fund shall be invested only in United States securities, or in investments
secured by an agency of the United States government and 90 percent of the annual interest
