(a) The Alabama Firefighters' Personnel Standards and Education Commission shall consist of seven members, each of whom shall be a qualified elector of the state who is over the age of 18 years. Section 40-9F-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) CERTIFIED HISTORIC STRUCTURE. Section 45-37-81 District court - Treatment to Alternative Street Crime; Birmingham Division Law Library Fund. (a) This section shall be operative only in Jefferson County. (b)(1) Notwithstanding any special, local, or general law to the contrary, there is levied on all cases in district court, an additional fee of seven dollars ($7) and in circuit court, an additional fee of two dollars ($2).
