Section 41-4-370 Division created; powers and duties; director. There shall be established within the Department of Finance the Division of Facilities Management. (a) The functions, powers, and duties of the Division of Facilities Management shall be as follows: (1) To provide for the supervision, repair, maintenance, operation, and cleaning of all buildings, facilities, and structures owned or leased by the state.
