Section 13A-8-151 Unlawful acts with respect to telecommunications devices; seizure and destruction unlawful devices, plans, etc. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly do any of the following: (1) To make, manufacture, distribute, possess, use, or assemble an unlawful telecommunication device or modify, alter, program, or reprogram a telecommunication device designed, adapted, or which is used: a.
