Section 16-26D-6 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) The school, at the
discretion of the board of trustees, shall operate on the same school year basis as all other
public schools in the state. Full-time students shall be enrolled for the entire school year
and may enroll in the summer program. (b) A summer program may be offered for full-time students
and for students who qualify to attend the school during that period. (c) The school may also
offer short courses, workshops, seminars, weekend instructional programs, and other innovative
programs which may be used to offer instruction to students not enrolled as full-time students
in the school. (d) The school, at the discretion of the board of trustees, may provide extension
courses and campuses on the campuses of other schools, colleges, and universities within the

Section 16-47-80 Contractual agreement of recipients; penalties for breach. (a) Each recipient
of a scholarship loan under the provisions of this article shall enter into a contract with
the Board of Dental Scholarship Awards whereby he or she agrees to repay the scholarship loan
in a manner prescribed by the board not inconsistent with any provision of this article. Breach
of contract by the recipient shall make him or her immediately liable for the unpaid balance
of the loan and shall constitute a ground for the revocation of his or her certificate or
license to practice dentistry in the State of Alabama. In the event of death or total and

Section 2-22-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMERCIAL FERTILIZER.
Any substance containing one or more recognized plant nutrients which is used for its plant
nutrient content and which is designed for use or claimed to have value in promoting plant

Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize
the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify,
or compound alcoholic beverages within this state for sale or distribution within this state.

Section 34-14A-20 Alabama Construction Trade Academy Fund; Alabama Construction Trade Advisory
Council; applications for funding; program guidelines. (a) The Alabama Construction Trade
Academy Fund is established in the State Treasury. The fund shall be comprised of federal,
state, and private funding through direct budgetary funding and grants for the expansion of
construction trade education. To the extent practicable, monies in the fund shall be used
to leverage other forms of funding from private sources. A percentage of matching funds, as
established by the advisory council, must come from private, non-governmental sources. The

Section 34-9-40 Creation; composition. (a) In order to accomplish the purposes and to provide
for the enforcement of this chapter, there is hereby created the board. The board is hereby
