Section 20-2-143 Manufacture, distribution, possession, or advertisement of imitation controlled substances prohibited; penalties; immunity of certain persons from liability. (a) Manufacture or distribution. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute or sell an imitation controlled substance.
