Section 13A-10-15 Terrorist threats. (a) A person commits the crime of making a terrorist threat when he or she credibly, based on an objective evaluation, threatens to commit a crime of violence against a person or to damage any property by use of a bomb, explosive, weapon of mass destruction, firearm, deadly weapon, or other mechanism and any of the following: (1) The threat causes the evacuation of any real property, as defined under this section. (2) The threat causes the disruption of school, church, or government activity. (3) The threat is with intent to retaliate against the victim because of his or her involvement or participation as any of the following: a. Section 20-2-254 Grounds for denial of application or request for renewal, etc. The Board of Medical Examiners may deny an application of a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) or a certified nurse midwife (CNM) requesting a Qualified Alabama Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (QACSC), deny a request for a renewal of a QACSC, or initiate action against the QACSC of a CRNP or a CNM possessing a QACSC based on the following grounds: (1) Fraud or deceit in applying for, procuring, or attempting to procure a QACSC in the State of Alabama. (a) Commencing with the 2007-2008 scholastic year, each local board of education and the governing body of each nonpublic school in the state shall permit the self-administration of medications by a student for chronic conditions if conducted in compliance with the State Department of Education and State Board of Nursing Medication Curriculum, as may be amended from time to time by the department and board.
