All corporate surety bonds and escrow agreements shall contain essentially the language set out in forms provided and approved by the Alabama Supreme Court. (a) For the purposes of this section, the term governmental entity means the State of Alabama and its political subdivisions, including a county, a municipality, an industrial or economic development board or authority, and any public water or sewer authority, district, system, or board that otherwise is sales and use tax exempt. (a) The State Superintendent of Education, the Chancellor of the Department of Postsecondary Education, and the Alabama Commission on Higher Education shall develop a plan for a high school fast track to college program that offers qualified individuals an opportunity to earn a high school diploma while earning credits for a certificate program or an associate's degree. Section 22-32-4 Authorization to operate site; users' charges; lease or contract for operation and disposal of low-level radioactive wastes. (a) The Alabama Department of Energy is authorized to operate a treatment, storage or disposal site for low-level radioactive wastes pursuant to any license issued by the Radiation Control Agency.
