Section 41-4-65 Online database of state expenditures. (a) In this section, state
entity shall mean, the State of Alabama, a political subdivision, an agency, board, commission,
or department of the state, the State Board of Education, a public college or trade school,
or a public university, except that the term shall not mean a county, a municipal corporation,
a county board of education, a city board of education, or a professional licensure agency
board that is self-sustaining by its own revenues and fees. (b) The Comptroller shall establish
and post on the Internet a database of state expenditures, including contracts and grants,
that are electronically searchable by the public, except as provided by subsection (d). The
database shall include all of the following: (1) The amount, date, payor, and payee of expenditures.
(2) A listing of state expenditures by each of the following: a. The object of the expense

Section 22-36-8 Availability to public of records, reports, or information obtained
under chapter. Any records, reports, or information obtained under this chapter shall be available
to the public; except that upon a showing satisfactory to the department by any person that
records, reports or information, or a particular part thereof to which the department has
access under this section if made public, would divulge production or sales figures
or methods, processes or production unique to such person or would otherwise tend to affect
adversely the competitive position of such person by revealing trade secrets, the department
shall consider such record, report, or information or particular portion thereof, confidential.

declares: (a) That the tragic incidence of violent crime in our society is growing at an alarming

Section 16-22-14 Personnel records of education employees. (a) Definitions. When used
in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE.

Section 15-23-69 Testimony concerning information about victim; information about victim
in court file. (a) Based upon the reasonable apprehension of the victim of acts or threats
of physical violence or intimidation by the defendant, the family of the defendant, or by
anyone at the direction of the defendant, against the victim or the immediate family of the
victim, the prosecutor may petition the court to direct that the victim or any other witness
not be compelled to testify during pre-trial proceedings or to any trial, facts that could
divulge the identity, residence, or place of employment of the victim, or other related information

shall provide, through the Secretary of State, a nondiscriminatory, single, uniform, official,

Section 34-9-10 Application; licensure by credentials; special purpose license. (a)
Every person who desires to practice dentistry within the State of Alabama shall file an application
prescribed by the board. Notwithstanding the method of obtaining licensure or any particular
requirement set forth herein, every person as a prerequisite to licensure shall be at least
19 years of age, of good moral character, a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen
of the United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate

Section 8-35-2 Security freeze on credit report. (a) A consumer may place a security
freeze on the consumer's credit report by making a request in writing by certified mail to
a consumer credit reporting agency. No later than August 31, 2012, a consumer credit reporting
agency shall make available to consumers an Internet based method of requesting a security
freeze and a toll-free telephone number for consumers to use to place a security freeze, temporarily
lift a security freeze, or completely remove a security freeze. A security freeze shall prohibit,
subject to exceptions in subsection (m), the consumer credit reporting agency from releasing
the consumer's credit report or credit score without the prior express authorization of the
