Section 45-45-82.03 Juvenile court Advisory Board and Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. (a)
In all criminal and juvenile delinquency cases in the circuit and district courts of Madison
County wherein the defendant or the juvenile is charged with a violation of the Alabama Uniform
Controlled Substances Act the clerk of the respective court shall charge and collect a fee
of ten dollars ($10) in addition to all other costs and charges now or hereafter provided.
(b) The monies derived from the charges herein prescribed shall be remitted to the Madison
County Commission and be deposited to a fund which shall be designated as the Madison County
Juvenile Court Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. All funds so deposited shall be disbursed for the
following purposes: (1) Conducting drug and alcohol abuse education programs. (2) Conducting
drug and alcohol abuse counseling programs. (3) Reimbursing any nonprofit organization approved

Section 34-24-290 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words
and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) APPROVED PROGRAM. A program for the education
and training of assistants to physicians which has been formally approved in writing by the

Section 36-18-32 DNA Database Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to
be known as the Alabama DNA Database Fund. (b) The fund shall be placed under the management
or administration of the Director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for the exclusive
purposes of implementing the provisions of this article. (c) The fund shall consist of all
moneys received by the director pursuant to the provisions of this section. (d) The
director shall have control of those funds as shall not be inconsistent with the provisions

Section 20-2-190.2 Electronic drug offender tracking system. (a) For the purposes of
this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DRUG RELATED
CONVICTION. Any conviction or plea of nolo contendere for the offense of possession, distribution,
trafficking, or any degree of manufacture of controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
A drug related conviction shall also include the inchoate crimes of attempt, solicitation,
or conspiracy of any of the drug related crimes. (2) DRUG OFFENDER. Any person who has any
conviction listed in subdivision (1). (b) Effective January 1, 2013, the State Bureau of Investigations
shall implement a real-time electronic drug offender tracking system to catalogue all criminal
convictions in this state of persons convicted of felonies or misdemeanors involving the possession,

Section 20-2-211 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms
shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) CERTIFYING BOARDS.

Section 34-24-603 Definitions. Unless otherwise indicated from the context, the terms
set out below, as used in this article shall have the following meanings: (1) APPLICANT. A

staff. (a) There is created the Alabama Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee for the purpose
