Section 20-2-27 Schedule III - Listing of controlled substances. (a) The controlled substances listed in this section are included in Schedule III: (1) Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a potential for abuse associated with a stimulant effect on the central nervous system: a. Amphetamine, its salts, optical isomers, and salts of its optical isomers; b. Phenmetrazine and its salts; c. Any substance which contains any quantity of methamphetamine, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers; d. Methylphenidate. Section 34-11-35.1 Legislative findings; rulemaking authority. (a) In addition to the powers provided to the board by Section 34-11-35, the Legislature finds and declares all of the following: (1) The power to adopt rules regulating the practice of engineering and land surveying in the state includes the power to prohibit unlicensed persons from practicing engineering or land surveying and the power to regulate how licensed persons practice. (a) Fees to be paid to the Office of Vital Statistics are as follows: (1) The fee for making any search of the records and reporting the findings or for making one certified copy of the record if found shall be fifteen dollars ($15).
