Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize
the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify,
or compound alcoholic beverages within this state for sale or distribution within this state.

Section 34-5A-7 Expiration and renewal of license. (a) A license shall be granted for a period
of two years and shall expire on December 31 in the second year. Before the expiration of
a license, the license may be renewed upon submission of an application for renewal, including
proof of continued certification by the certifying entity and payment of the renewal fee imposed
by the board. (b) All licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to renewal
and shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the rules of the board upon the

Section 34-14A-7 Applications for issuance or renewal of license; records; inactive license.
(a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this
chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board

Section 34-21A-12 Licenses. (a) The board shall establish the following types of licenses:

Section 34-24-275 Renewal; continuing education. Every licensed podiatrist who desires to continue
the practice of podiatry shall annually, on or before the first of October, pay to the secretary-treasurer
of the state board a renewal registration fee in a reasonable amount set by the board and
comply with such other conditions as may be prescribed by the State Board of Podiatry; provided,
however, that the license shall be renewed within 30 days after October first, or the licensee
shall pay the renewal registration fee and a penalty of $300. Among the conditions to be prescribed

Section 34-14C-4 Licensure; inspections. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter,
a home medical equipment services provider shall be licensed annually by the board before
the provider may engage in the provision of home medical equipment services. In Alabama, when

Section 34-7B-14 Duration, expiration, and reinstatement of license; records. (a) No license
issued by the board shall be valid for more than two years. (b) An expired license may be
